			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A glimpse of the past in the heart of the modern redeveloped Plaza de  España. The remains of the old defensive city walls of San Cristobal  castle have been preserved and are now presented with a full story of  the areas history. The underground gallery is accessed from a small  doorway on the port side of the Plaza de España, once inside display  boards and maps in several languages bring the history of Santa Cruz to  life and you can also see the Tiger canon that played such a big part in  repelling the attempted invasion of Lord Nelson.</p>
<p>The FREE attraction is open in July, August and September from 11 am  to 7  pm everyday except Tuesday. The rest of the year it opens from  10  am  to 8 pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.</p>

Aimed at the 5 to 14 age group the course lasts from 18 to 20 April and includes tennis, swimming, padel, basketball and much more. This year there are also sporting options for English speakers during the daily action that lasts from 9 am to 2 pm.</p>
<p>There is also the opportunity for youngsters to arrive early at 7.45 am to have breakfast before the day begins. <p>Small houses for 3 or 4 people are 200 euros per day</p>
<p>Medium houses for 5 people are 240 euros a day</p>
<p>Large houses for 6 people are 280 euros a day.</p>
