A sit down meal to enjoy a parade of 80 top performers all giving their time to help raise funds for local charity Caritas who help families in hardship in the south of Tenerife. Tickets are 60 euros but it’s a full evening of good food served in the distinctive Magma building, and entertainment comes in individual song, dance and humour as well as excerts from two local musical productions. Starts at 8pm

Lula Pena Serenades Santa Cruz

The multi talented singer from Lisbon, Portugal brings her distinctive voice to Tenerife as she presents songs from her new work Troubador. Specializing in Fado and World Music, Lula is also an accomplished guitar player. All tickets are 18 euros and the show starts at 9pm.

Festival Boreal At Isla Baja, North West Tenerife

The annual eco festival brings together music, culture, and art in El Tanque, El Mirador de Lomo Molino and on Sibora beach on the coast of Los Silos, all in the north west corner of Tenerife, known as Isla Baja. A series of workshops has already been taking place to educate on such subjects as volcanology and recycling.
The main events take place over two days and will as always attract a large attendance.

The Carriages Of Nava

Not one but two iconic pieces of Canarian history can now be seen at the Museo de Historia y Anthropologia de Tenerife (Museum of History & Anthropology) Casa Lercaro in La Laguna. The two recently renovated carriages were originally built in the 18th century and are from the Palicio de Nava. cast your eyes over The Berlin which is built in French rococo style with the body hubg on leather straps working as a suspension system. The Landau is originally from England and is a luxury carriage of style and comfort.
There are of course many more historic wonders to admire in the museum. Open Tuesdays to Sunday, closed Mondays. From 9am to 7 pm.
