The Era of Rodin – Exhibition

A giant of the art world, French sculptor Rodin inspired many who followed, but his work is still awe inspiring. This exhibition contains 54 exhibits showing the development of his skill, and includes versions of his 2 most famous works, The Kiss and The Thinker.
This display is in the Espacio Cultural, Caja Canarias, Plaza del Patriotismo, Santa Cruz until 30 April and is FREE. Opening times are Monday to Friday 11am to 1pm, and 5pm to 9pm, Saturday 11am to 4pm and 5pm to 8pm.

Valerij Petasch – Piano Concert

The German concert pianist will be including Tenerife on his latest tour, and performing at the Cultural Centre in Los Cristianos. The music starts at 8.30pm, and entry is FREE, but places are limited so arrive in good time.

London Philharmonic Orchestra Concerts

You have two chances to catch the London Philharmonic Orchestra at the Santa Cruz Auditorium, on the 20th and 21st january, both concerts at 8.30pm.
The first night sees Vladimir Jurowski conducting and Carolin Widmann on violin, performing works by Shostakovic and Szymanowski. The second night sees Jurowski conduct works by Prokoviev and Beethoven, featuring piano solos from Mitsuko Uchida.

Monica Naranjo & the Madrid Film Symphony Orchestra

The talented young Spanish singer brings her Adagio (slow time ) tour to the heart of Costa Adeje. Backed by the Madrid Film Symphony Orchestra, Monica will fill the iconic Magma Arts and Congress Centre with a great night of music. Tickets are 42 euros and 32 euros.
